40 Days for Life

In 2024, 46 lives were saved in Albuquerque by sidewalk counselors and peaceful prayer vigils in front of the five abortion mills.

From Wednesday, March 5th, to Sunday, April 13th, our pro-life community in Albuquerque will unite with cities across America and around the world for a massive, coordinated, pro-life mobilization. This is an effort to bring together people of all faiths to pray for an end to the loss of pre-born human life and for the healing of those affected by abortion.

40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life effort that consists of:

40 days of prayer & fasting
40 days of peaceful vigil
40 days of public witness

A prayer campaign for those who respect the dignity of all human life and strive for justice for the poorest, most vulnerable, and the least of God’s children – the pre-born.

40 Days for Life Requested Days of Prayer

Join St. John Vianney in peaceful prayer between 9 AM and 3 PM on both March 14, 2025 and April 1, 2025 at the following locations:

The new Mega Planned Parenthood at 4630 Eubank Blvd NE, just north of Montgomery Blvd. Park just south along Lagrima De Oro Road, on the east side of Eubank, to avoid crossing heavy traffic on Eubank. Then pray on the sidewalk in front of Planned Parenthood.
Southwestern Women's Options abortion mill at 522 Lomas Blvd, on the west side of I-25. Park along Woodward Place. Join our sidewalk counselors, Philip, Christina, John, and others who are there on weekday mornings.
