Iconography Retreat

Come learn the ancient art of “writing” an icon as Brenda walks you through a step by step process of learning to create an icon from start to finish. Take time for contemplation, prayer and painting. Icons are painted in acrylic. No art experience necessary.

About Brenda Fox

As a former Board Certified Art Therapist, Brenda stepped put in faith after feeling the nudge from the Lord to quit her career and pursue the world of Iconography. She has taught several hundred people how to paint /“write” an icon in many states across the country. Most of her students have never picked up a paint brush and feel a great sense of accomplishment with their finished icon. Some students have experienced spiritual, emotional and even physical healing while painting their icon.

Brenda’s icons hang in various churches, chapels and in private homes as well as being sold at TheSacred Art Gallery in Scottsdale, AZ. She is also an award winning Speaker and enjoys sharing her story and her love of Iconography.
